Are you passionate about supporting children's learning through play and building meaningful relationships, all while working within a flexible schedule? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic casual educators who are ready to jump in and support our Northcote team across all age groups. Whether it's creating magical moments with the babies, engaging toddlers in sensory play, or helping kindergarteners explore new ideas, every days brings something new and rewarding.
Your Role as a Casual Educator
As a valued team member, you'll step in to support our centre's daily rhythm, ensuring routines flow smoothly and children are surrounded by nurturing, responsive educators. You will:
- Support daily routines and educational programs
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Jump into play, exploration, and learning across all age groups
- Be the friendly, familiar face when regular team members are away
Are You Excited to Make a Difference?
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
- 6-12 months of experience in the Early Childhood sector
- Availability for a minimim of 3 days per week
- Flexibility to work both pre-booked and on-call
- Ready to jump in and help where needed!
