What We're Looking For:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working toward it)
Previous experience in an early learning or long day care setting
A confident, caring approach with a strong focus on relationships
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team
A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
