About the role
As a Service Technician at Element Foodservice Repairs, you will be responsible for providing expert service and maintenance to a range of commercial foodservice equipment across Brisbane QLD. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our clients' kitchens run smoothly and efficiently. We are experiencing rapid growth and we're looking for a dynamic Technician who embodies passion, energy, and positivity.
What you'll be doing
- Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on commercial electrical appliances and equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing faults and issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Providing guidance to clients on the proper use and care of their commercial appliances
- Maintaining detailed records of all service and repair work completed
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements
