As we expand across multiple states, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our growing team.
The Role:
We are looking for a fully qualified and licensed electrician to take a leading role in our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in new installations, fit-outs, fault finding, and commissioning – particularly in complex environments such as hospitals, clinics, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance works in line with Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000)
- Read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and scope of works
- Supervise and guide apprentices and subcontractors onsite
- Install and test switchboards, submains, power and lighting systems, data & communication infrastructure
- Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and medical electrical systems
- Complete all required documentation including test sheets, job cards, and compliance forms
- Adhere strictly to WHS policies and site safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with site managers, builders, clients, and team members

Skills and Experience:
- Current NSW Electrical License (preferred, but not essential)
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Medical project experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- Experience with data cabling, switchboard upgrades, and lighting control systems (e.g. DALI, C-Bus)
- Strong understanding of AS/NZS electrical standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead small teams and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
