The Job
- Achieving KPIs by placing job seekers into sustainable employment
- Designing tailored strategies and interventions to support job seekers find and maintain employment
- Delivering high-quality, timely recruitment and training services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and community partners
- Ensuring compliance with all contractual and procedural requirement
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who connects with people from all walks of life
- Digitally savvy with strong administrative capabilities
- Positive, energetic, and ready to challenge the status quo
- Ability to speak an additional language highly regarded
