Stem Academic College, a premier provider of high-quality face-to-face tuition classes in Cranbourne, is seeking passionate and dedicated English tutors to join our growing team at our new centre in Clyde North. We offer tuition for students from Grade 1 through to VCE and are committed to providing exceptional educational support.
About the Role:
- Subject: English
- Target Group: Primary and High School Students (Year 1 to Year 10)
- Location: Clyde North
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring in small group sessions.
- Assist students in building solid knowledge, developing excellent study habits, and achieving their full potential.
- Correct and provide feedback on students' work.
- Communicate concepts clearly to students and parents.

Selection Criteria:
- Education: Teachers or university students pursuing a teaching degree, with an ATAR score of over 85, and currently achieving excellent academic results. They must have completed primary school and VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) with a focus on English Language or English Literature at Victorian schools.
- Skills: Strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Experience: A background in English, with a passion for teaching and working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability: Reliable and able to work on weekends and after school hours.
- Certifications: Hold a current VIT registration or Working with Children Check.
- Personality: Enthusiastic, open-minded, and capable of making learning enjoyable.
