English Tutor (Years 7–12) – In-Person | Hills District

Wattle Tree Tutoring is seeking reliable, articulate and thoughtful individuals to join our team of English tutors supporting high school students across the Hills District. We offer flexible, in-person tutoring roles with all resources provided.
About Us
Wattle Tree Tutoring provides personalised English support to students in Years 7–12, tailored to their learning styles and academic goals. We focus on:
- Essay writing, comprehension, and creative writing
- Exam preparation (HSC, NAPLAN)
- Study skills and organisation
- Confidence building through mentorship
What You Can Expect
- Up to $40/hour (contract role)
- Sessions scheduled to suit your availability
- All lesson resources and planning provided

Who We're Looking For
- Clear, confident communicators with strong writing skills
- Reliable and mature, students and families count on you
- Strong grasp of English (essays, discursive and creative writing)
- Comfortable working one-on-one with high school students
- Able to build rapport and maintain professionalism with parents
You’ll Need To Have:
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Your own car (or reliable transport)
- A laptop and stable internet access
- Availability for at least one school term (approx. 10 weeks)
- Preferably located in or near the Hills District / Western Sydney
