About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Entry Level Caseworker to join our Domestic & Family Violence team. This is a fixed term contract until 30th June 2026 (working 4 days/week). The role will be based in Tuggerah and involves meeting clients in the office but also travel to support clients in their homes and communities. You’ll receive training and hands-on experience while delivering trauma-informed, client-centered support to individuals and families facing complex challenges.
This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to hone in on your skills and gain further experience in Casework – this role will provide you with training while gaining experience from within the Team.
What You’ll Need:
- Diploma or degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Sciences (or related field)
- Some casework experience or a strong willingness to learn
- Background in mental health, DFV, homelessness, or family preservation
- Strong advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills
- NSW Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
