Your responsibilities will include:
Environmental Health & Safety Manager – Lead, Protect, and Drive Change.

Role Overview
As ESH Manager, you will:
Lead and develop the ESH & Explosives team, fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
Partner with business areas to deliver outcomes in safety, health, environment, and sustainability.
Develop and implement safety strategies, manage audit schedules, and forecast resources vs. growth requirements.
Provide expert guidance on business development opportunities and targeted safety initiatives.
Lead the ESH Management system including compliance with ISO 45001 and 14001
Critical requirement: Proven experience in Critical Risk Management and/or programs.
About you:
Experienced leader with a track record of managing complex ESH teams.
Skilled in safety strategy, compliance (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001), reporting, engaging and presenting to senior leadership.
Strong project leadership experience with campaigns, targeted initiatives, and risk management programs.
Collaborative, influential, and committed to mentoring and developing your team.
