Job Title: Tech Lead – Erwin Data Modeller
Location: Melbourne
Experience Required: 8+ years
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the data modeling efforts using Erwin Data Modeler
- Design and maintain logical and physical data models for enterprise data systems
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to gather data requirements and translate them into data models
- Ensure data models support business processes and comply with data governance standards
- Review and optimize data models for performance and scalability
Primary Skill:
- Strong hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler
Secondary Skills:
- Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
- Strong knowledge of DDL (Data Definition Language) and DML (Data Manipulation Language)
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience leading a small team or mentoring junior data modelers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
