Event Setup & Delivery Crew – Join the Luxtree Team!
About the Role:
you physically strong, reliable, and ready to create magical event experiences? Luxtree is looking for experienced, capable crew members to join our event setup and delivery team in Perth. We’re known for our iconic LED trees and lighting installations - and we’re seeking people who are hands-on, reliable, and take pride in delivering high-quality event experiences.
Our warehouse is based in O'Connor, so applicants nearby are ideal.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver and install LED trees, illuminated props, and event furniture across venues
- Follow safety standards (e.g. tape power leads, secure cables, level layouts)
- Handle equipment with care, load/unload vans, and assist in warehouse duties
- Work independently or in small teams to complete jobs efficiently
- Liaise with event coordinators on-site and follow setup instructions
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dedicated team players with the following attributes:
- Physically strong and able to lift/move heavier items safely
- Prior experience in events, AV, install/pack down, or similar hands-on roles
- Basic understanding of low-voltage electrical setups (plug-and-play gear)
- Manual driver’s licence (required)
- Attention to detail, reliability, and initiative
- Availability: Flexibility to work Thursdays to Mondays, including weekends.
