Role Detail
As part of the broader Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) function, the Client Engagement team create, manage and execute the firm’s client and internal events - ensuring a differentiated client experience and alignment to firm strategy.
This role is responsible for the delivery of various elements of our events marketing program, tailored to the firm’s people and business development objectives and strategy.
Based in the Perth office, reporting to the Sydney based Head of Marketing - Events & Sponsorships, you will plan, coordinate and deliver events, seminars and sponsorship activations in various formats including in-person, virtual and hybrid.
With a strong focus on excellence and stakeholder management key responsibilities will be:
- Planning and executing a high volume of client-facing and internal events, ensuring alignment with strategy and business development goals
- Leading on Perth events, in addition to national virtual and hybrid events
- Managing all aspects of event logistics, marketing communications, guest lists, and reporting
- Providing on-site and virtual event support, ensuring excellence in execution
- Collaborating with stakeholders and the wider marketing team to deliver events that support revenue growth
- Managing event budgets
- Maintaining high standards of brand integrity across all materials
- Research venues and suppliers, and manage external relationships where needed
- Working collaboratively with the national events marketing team to share insights, ideas and capacity.

You will also need:
- At least 3 years’ experience delivering end-to-end corporate events in a fast-paced, professional environment, with a passion for both in-person and virtual formats
- Solid knowledge of the Perth corporate landscape, including venues and suppliers
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a polished professional presence
- Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A collaborative mindset, coupled with the ability to work autonomously
- A curious mindset
- Some experience managing budgets
- Flexibility to support early morning, evening and occasional weekend events.
