The Project Controls team is responsible for guiding the successful delivery of programs and projects through the provision of strategic and operational support including scheduling, reporting, risk management and document management.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Controls Lead, the EVM Cost Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, support the LAND 400-2 project as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team.
The EVM Cost Analyst will provide expertise to the project team in the use of Cobra and Open Plan Professional (OPP), as well as demonstrate a sound understanding of ASDEFCON reporting requirements.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Tertiary Qualification in Project Management, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience in Project Controls/Cost Analysis;
- 5 years’ experience in cost control, scheduling, project controls, and/or performance reporting;
- Expert knowledge and understanding of Cobra
- Strong experience and understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM);
- Experience using scheduling software including Open Plan Professional (OPP);
- Experience working within ASDEFCON environment (desirable); and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
