We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and office environment.

This isn’t just an EA role. It’s a chance to be the right hand to the Managing Director, the heartbeat of the leadership team, and the go-to person for everything from critical meetings to the day-to-day running of the office.

About the Role

We’d love this role to be based in the office 4-5 days a week to ensure daily coverage alongside our Office Manager

  • Executive support to the Managing Director (including full diary management, travel coordination, schedules and expenses)

  • Support to other members of the ELT (travel, expenses and some key meetings)

  • Preparation of presentations, agendas, and documentation

  • Lead and manage ELT offsite meetings and events

  • Point of contact between ELT, the broader team, and external stakeholders

  • Be the central knowledge hub for team-helping others navigate who to speak to and how things get done

  • Lead office operations and administration, including visitor support, maintenance, seating and logistics

  • Provide leadership to the office manager and broader admin team across ANJ

  • Continuously improving office processes and systems

  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and professional discretion
