No two days are the same at Wurth Australia and the vibrant, energetic, and fast paced Marketing Team based in Dandenong South. With a strong eye for detail and an ability to multitask across a range of platforms, this role is one that will challenge you but provide great achievement.
Reporting to Marketing Manager, your Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide administrative and coordination support across marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications
- Schedule meetings, track tasks, and maintain timelines for marketing projects
- Prepare communications and presentation materials for senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Provide ad hoc administrative and team support as needed
- Strong organisational and administrative skills; able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional emails and communications
- High attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and quality control of marketing materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Confident in coordinating with stakeholders, including internal teams, event suppliers, and sponsorship partners
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential or sensitive information
