Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external communications relating to the Office of the President and CEO, including drafting and coordinating correspondence.

  • Coordinating meeting agendas, recording and distributing minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.

  • Arranging travel and logistics for the President and CEO.

  • Supporting the onboarding and meeting arrangements of the incoming President in collaboration with the Director, Media and Communications.

For a full list of duties, please refer to the position description.

What you'll bring

  • A strong track record in an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leaders in complex, high-stakes environments.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to stakeholder engagement.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and the ability to quickly adopt new systems and tools.

  • A flexible mindset and availability to work outside standard hours and travel occasionally, as required.

  • Experience in member-based, health, or not-for-profit organisations is highly regarded.

  • A strong sense of purpose and interest in supporting initiatives that improve mental health outcomes across communities.

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or valid work rights in Australia.

  • The successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police Check prior to commencement.

Some of what’s on offer:

  • Salary range from $105,000 to $120,000 total remuneration package (TRP) is on offer, inclusive of leave loading and 12% superannuation.
  • A paid day off each month for full-time employees.
  • 12 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Flexible and hybrid work environment.
