Position Classification: Admin Officer Grade 1
Salary range: $84,335 per annum - $86,615 per annum + 12% super and benefits
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

About the Opportunity:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director of Aeromedical & Special Operations.
  • Coordinate daily operations and communication across the Director’s office and broader management team.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including State Headquarters, to ensure seamless organisational support.
  • Contribute to the efficient functioning of a fast-paced team delivering critical emergency health services.
  • Support a high-impact leadership role within one of Australia’s most vital health organisations.



About You:
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and enjoys being a supportive team member.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Brings strong administrative expertise and is highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Values collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality support in every task.
  • Essential Criteria:
    • Demonstrated minimum of 3 years EA experience.
    • Director level and above EA experience preferable.
