About your role HTI is seeking an Executive Support Officer to join the team on a two-year contract. As part of your role, you will provide administrative services to support HTI’s effective performance across its operations. Reporting to the Deputy Director, your responsibilities will include; • Providing financial management support to the HTI leadership team, including acquitting authorised expenditure, as well as generating and managing invoicing, using online services such as NEO• Providing support to HTI leadership team in organising all aspects of travel, diary management and correspondence• Supporting effective administrative systems around HTI programs and support ad-hoc project coordination• Assist with HTI workshops and event organisation including external communications, venue management, logistics and catering• HR and recruitment administration support In your cover letter, please discuss your experience in the following areas. Base Salary Range: $97,332 - $105,385 (HEW 6) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary. This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 2 years. This role is predominantly performed on campus four days per week, with the option to work one day remotely.
