The Illawarra Brain Injury Service (IBIS) provides specialised brain injury rehabilitation to eligible clients residing within the ISLHD. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Exercise Physiologist to deliver evidence-based interventions for adults living with traumatic brain injury.
The exercise physiologist will work across community, and outpatient settings to develop individualised exercise programs that support recovery, mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing. As an exercise physiologist you will work collaboratively with other members of the IBIS multidisciplinary team providing tailored programs either individually or within a group program.
The exercise physiologist holds a dual role of providing discipline specific intervention in addition to case managing a designated caseload.

A little about us.
As a part of the new Shellharbour Hospital and Integrated Services Project, a new Community Health Centre is being built on the old Port Kembla Hospital site. Located on Dharawal Country, Warrawong Community Health Centre will bring together a range of services including community mental health, drug and alcohol, community nursing, and child and family services.
Until the new Community Centre is complete, some allied health services will continue to operate out of the Port Kembla Hospital site.
