Pay & Security
- $32–$36/hr base + Super (12%)
- 17.5% annual leave loading + paid leave entitlements
- Equivalent package: $38–$42/hr incl. super + loading
- Kms reimbursed for client travel — no out-of-pocket driving
What You’ll Get
- Part-time start (10–15 hrs/week, Sept/Oct) → pathway to full-time
- 1:1 mentoring, in-services + quarterly reviews
- $1,000 PD allowance (matched)

- Meaningful caseload — NDIS, WorkCover, DVA, persistent pain, neuro + private (not just EPC churn)
- Travel mostly within 45 minutes of Minchinbury, kms reimbursed
