Experienced Airbnb Cleaner & Quality Assurance Inspector.

We’re looking for a reliable cleaner with experience in Airbnb and holiday rentals who can also perform quality assurance inspections.

What You’ll Do:

• Thoroughly clean and reset short-term rental properties to a 5-star guest standard
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the property is guest-ready (e.g. staging, restocking, damage reports).
• Conduct pre inspection checks after other cleaning staff have completed a clean. (Requires travel between Tweed Heads South and Pottsville).
• Use checklists and property management tools (like Hostaway) to log and manage tasks.
• Report maintenance issues, missing items, or any concerns directly to the management team.

You’ll Need:

• Proven cleaning experience in short-term rentals, hotels or Airbnbs or high end cleaning work in other industries.
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering immaculate, guest-ready spaces
• Confidence using apps and digital tools (e.g. cleaning checklists, Hostaway)
• Your own reliable transport
• Your own vacuum
• Flexibility to work 2–3 consistent days per week, including weekends if needed. Please note: holiday periods and high season will likely require more days/hours.

Pay: $45.00 per hour
