We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Barista & All‑Rounder who thrives under pressure, pours stunning latte art, and helps manage seamless operations from front‑end café service to kitchen communications.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be the heart of the service flow, responsible for:
- Pulling high‑volume, specialty coffee, consistently delivering café‑standard espresso drinks even during peak rushes
- Mastering latte art (hearts, tulips, rosettas or signature styles) with each served cup
- Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner — recommending drinks, handling enquiries, and taking accurate orders
- Operating the POS/till — accurate cash/card handling while maintaining queue flow
- Supporting cross‑functional workflows, liaising with kitchen/service staff, managing ticket queues and order flow
- Maintaining workstation cleanliness — tidy bar, washed utensils, coffee machine cleaned, restocking supplies throughout shift
- Assisting with opening, closing, and shift handover, including float counts and equipment checks
- Upholding food safety and café processes consistently
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous café experience (minimum 3years), or demonstrated skill level in high‑volume barista work
- Proven ability to make consistent coffee with attention to detail in flavour, milk texture, and presentation
- Creative flair in latte art — even if you’re still learning, show us your enthusiasm
- Strong multi‑tasking ability and composure during busy periods
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer‑service approach
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and handling payments accurately
- Proactive attitude with attention to cleanliness, organisation, and following café procedures
- Availability weekday mornings and weekends to match café peaks
- A neat, approachable, and pleasant presence in our café space
Bonus Points:
- Certificate in barista training or food safety (e.g. RSA, RCG, FoodSafe)
- Experience in a team where you supported stock ordering and reconciliation
- Interest in coffee origin, milk alternatives, limits of extraction, and pouring techniques
