Mars Orthodontics is a modern, boutique orthodontic clinic located in the heart of South Brisbane. We’re passionate about creating beautiful smiles and delivering an unforgettable patient experience, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
This is a part-time position (1-2 days a week to start) for an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident chairside and enjoys working in a patient-focused environment. As our practice grows, there will be opportunities for additional days and expanded responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Provide chairside support for a wide range of orthodontic treatments
- Maintain a smooth clinical workflow and assist with sterilisation and infection control protocols
- Build rapport with patients to help them feel comfortable and at ease
- Contribute to a supportive and positive team culture
About You
✔ Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (orthodontic experience highly regarded)
✔ Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred but not essential
✔ Friendly, approachable, and confident in patient communication
✔ Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
✔ Keen to grow with the practice and take pride in high-quality care
