We're looking for dedicated male and female support staff to join our growing team and help make a positive impact in the lives of individuals living with disabilities across all suburbs of Melbourne.
- Provides help with daily hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assists with household chores like cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
- Supports participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
- Offers companionship, encouragement, and emotional stability.
- Assists with medication reminders and ensures correct administration per care plan.
- Promotes the rights, dignity, and choices of individuals with disabilities.
- Helps with transportation to appointments, events, or outings.
- Supports the development of everyday skills like cooking, budgeting, or time management.
- Acts as a bridge between the individual, families, health professionals, and agencies.
- Maintains accurate records of care activities, incidents, and client progress.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
