As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Epoxy Flooring Applicator / Concrete Polisher to join our team and contribute to exciting projects across South East Queensland!
About the Role
We’re after a skilled Flooring Specialist who knows their way around Polished Concrete, Epoxy Coatings, Surface Preparation, and Levelling. You’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality projects on time while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in concrete resurfacing
- Strong knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy applications, surface prep, and levelling
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining the highest standard of quality
- Experience working on large commercial construction sites
- Ability to diagnose and fix flooring issues
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Leadership skills to supervise and support the team
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and colleagues
- A White Construction Card
