This is a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable person at our Haymarket store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify product variety, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Develop and execute marketing and purchasing strategies, including pricing policies to optimise business effectiveness.
- Publicise and promote the company’s goods and services to attract and retain customers.
- Sell products and services while advising customers on proper use and features.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory adherence with occupational health and safety workplace standards.
Experience required:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Annual salary package: $76,600 plus mandatory superannuation
