Our Supermarket Store Managers play an integral role in our overall success. As a result of our ongoing success & expansion, we currently have an opportunity within our growing business. Some flexibility on location is highly sought after.

To be suitable for this role you must:
- Be passionate about customer service and maintaining high standards
- Be a proven leader who is driven to provide your teams with a supportive, encouraging, safe and positive team-based working environment
- Have a sound and proven experience in the retail sector
- Have demonstrated history in performing to targets, working with budgets and maintaining supermarket best practices and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships.
Your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- All day-to-day operational matters in running and presenting the store
- Building and maintaining a team with a positive, performance based culture within the store
- Team training and development
- Disciplined inventory ordering and management, including minimizing waste and shrinkage
- Rostering and various employee services
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both workers and customers
- Overseeing customer service standards
- Meeting operational and financial key performance indicators
- Ongoing performance improvement
- Engagement with the local communities we serve
Salary range $95,000 to $130,000 + Superannuation + Incentives
