Job Description
The Role
Annual Salary: $80k - $85K per annum + Superannuation + 24/7 after hours on call allowance.
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in supporting management of facilities, building, assets and general business operations? This role is key to ensuring effective communication and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders in relation to facilities coordination.
Join us in this exciting opportunity at our modern, newly refurbished Osborne Park office as a Facilities Coordinator / Business Operations Coordinator.
Daily activities will include:
- Executing research, scoping, organisation, implementation and follow up compliance (as delegated)
- Actioning and managing outsourced arrangements for head office facility maintenance.
- Planning and programming all preventative maintenance under contract and ensure the contractor meets expectations
- Build and maintain effective relationships across stakeholder groups.
- Co-ordinate internal Helpdesk Jira job ticketing system (Jira) and respond to all head office/internal inbox management requests with a prompt and timely resolution.
- Assist and create innovative new ways of working in an agile environment
- Understand and comply with the WHSE requirements and build support processes for work tasks and the elimination of workplace hazards.
Qualifications
About You
- Demonstrated experience working in a Facilities/buildings management environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise and execute deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Building management, and Security and Access systems and, data management systems are desirable)
- WHS certifications (desirable) - Permit to Work, Working at Heights, OSH IV certification
