Hero Sushi operates Sushi Train and Sushi Takeaway stores across Australia, with most locations directly managed by our head office.

- Salmon Prep Staff – Hero Sushi
- 2 x Full-time positions
[Main Duties]
- In the kicthen, and vege room, cutting chicken, vegies. Mixing tuna mayo. etc. Preparing items for stores.

- 1-29 Millaroo Drive, Helensvale QLD 4212 (Located inside Westfield)
[Requirements]
Full-time (Experienced)
- Must have prior experience in salmon preparation
- Opportunity for promotion to manager role
- Minimum 38 hours per week
Full-time (No Experience Required)
- No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided
- Minimum 38 hours per week
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Basic English communication skills
[Working Hours]
- Monday to Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00
- (Full-time: 5 days per week)
[Pay Rates]
Full-time (Experienced)
- Level 5: $28/hour (negotiable)
- Saturday: $42/hour
- Plus 11.5% Superannuation, Annual Leave, and Sick Leave
Full-time (No Experience)
- Level 2: $25/hour
- Saturday: $37.50/hour
- Plus 11.5% Superannuation, Annual Leave, and Sick Leave
