* We are awaiting CCS (Centrelink - Child Care Subsidy) approval, till we get it we are only accepting applications for caring for children without Centrelink Child Care Subsidy.
* It is a contract position. The indicative pay per hour is only indicative. The actual pay depends on number of children in care and may be NIL if no children are in care.
A Family Day Care Educator provides a nurturing, safe, and stimulating home-based environment for children. The educator plans and implements a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children in their care, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:
Education: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience working with children in a family day care or similar setting.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to plan and implement educational programs, understanding of child development, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications / Certifications / Training: Current Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting certificate (Valid first aid and CPR certification), Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training, current working with children check, and any other required certifications, Accredited Child Protection Training
Personal Attributes: Patience, creativity, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children.
Physical Requirements:

· - Stamina to engage in active play and activities with children.
· - Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Working Conditions:
· - Home-based setting with occasional travel for training and meetings.
