We are looking for a Family Support Service Coordinator to lead a team committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed support to families facing complex challenges. • Guide child-safe, family-led support strategies using Signs of Safety and Safe & Together frameworks
  • Champion cultural safety and trauma-informed practice in every aspect of the program

  • Deep understanding of the systemic challenges facing Aboriginal families
  • Proven experience in complex case management with a strengths-based, culturally safe approach
  • Leadership skills that empower staff and build collaborative team culture
  • Commitment to ethical, confidential, and accountable practice
  • Familiarity with the child protection system and NT-specific legislation

Location: Based in Yarrawonga, supporting families across the Greater Darwin Region.
