My Disability Care is a Registered NDIS Provider. We are an established company with offices in Brisbane and Hervey Bay.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have:
- Experience dealing with participants with complex mental health issues
- Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support
- Ability to work outside of school hours
- Experience working with children and adults providing in-home and community access support
- Current Driver’s License (mandatory).
- Has own transport with full comprehensive insurance and current registration.

Successful applicants will be required to hold or be willing to obtain
NDIS Workers Screening
NDIS Orientation Module
Working with Children Check (Blue card)
And in some circumstances National Criminal History check.

Salary: $34.44 per hour plus penalty rates as applicable
