We are urgently seeking a compassionate and dependable Female Support/Care Workers to join our team in delivering high-quality in-home and community-based care in Norwest NSW.

Role Overview The Support Worker will be responsible for providing ongoing, in-home and community-based support. Duties will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks and light domestic activities
- Encouraging community participation and personal independence
- Maintaining professional standards of privacy, dignity, and respect
- Keeping accurate records and following care plans
- Complying with food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
Key Requirements
- Individuals based in or near Norwest 2153
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day care responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, person-centred approach
- Current P1 driver’s licence and willingness to transport the client if required
Qualifications & Compliance:
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Support (preferred)
- Experience in in-home or community-based care (advantageous)
Must have or be willing to obtain:
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (NSW/VIC/QLD)
- First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Orientation Certificate
- 100 Points of ID
- Legal right to work in Australia

Attendance at all three time blocks each day is essential.
