We’re looking for a creative, energetic, culturally plugged-in Field Sales Manager to help us grow Contiki's presence in the wild through grassroots activations, influencer engagement, and sales activations that drives both love for the brand and conversion to bookings.
The Opportunity
As Field Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing the Contiki brand to life in real-world spaces from university campuses and festivals to travel agency activations and youth-led events. You will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of our field sales efforts, and play a key role in driving leads, engagement, and bookings.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines leadership, creativity, and commercial thinking.
Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing and Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute field marketing activations that drive leads and sales conversion
- Launch and oversee high-impact pop-ups, live events, past traveller meetups, and campus campaigns
- Ensure all activations align with Contiki’s global sales objectives and brand positioning

Contiki Crew: Your On-the-Ground Sales Force
- Recruit, train, and manage a network of student reps and on-the-ground sales ambassadors
- Engage our global Trip Manager crew to support activations and generate referrals
- Drive performance through clear KPIs, incentives, and ongoing coaching

Strategic Partnerships and Channel Growth
- Secure partnerships with festivals, universities, student organisations, and retail or travel distribution networks
- Act as a key liaison for youth-focused retail accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the launch of new product initiatives and partner campaigns

Commercial Impact and Team Leadership
- Lead a high-performing team of three, with plans to expand further
- Monitor all field sales activity with a clear focus on data, performance, and bookings
- Develop and implement scalable strategies to expand Contiki’s reach across priority markets
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, sales activation, or youth-focused commercial roles
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams or rep programs in a results-driven environment
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of lead generation and performance optimisation
- Creative, strategic, and highly organised, with a hands-on approach to execution
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- A genuine passion for travel and a clear understanding of Gen Z culture and consumer behaviour
