About The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team based out of our Wacol branch by managing the delivery of field-based services across a region encompassing Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Coffs Harbour
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for:
- Structuring your team to deliver an industry-leading service with a growth mindset
- Proactively driving safety initiatives to minimize the chances of incident or injury
- Planning & driving the training, growth & development of your team members
- Prompt management of under-performance
- Ensuring all reporting needs and administrative functions required by the company and the customer are completed promptly and regularly
- Supervise the accuracy and timeliness of time sheets and sub-contract documentation to enable prompt job costing
- Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility
- Assisting the Service Manager in the creation & delivery of monthly/annual forecasts & budgets
- The efficient management of the WIP (i.e. Work in Progress) report
- Maximizing the recovery of the Field Service business
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained through quality services & concise, regular communication
To be successful you will need:
- Prior experience in a supervisory, project management or technical role or with a related OEM
- Intermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes
- Strong ability to adapt yourself to different teams, rosters, environments and workloads
- Ensure that you provide 100% Customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the HCA family.
- A background in service & a knowledge of mobile plant is preferable
