What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of field service technicians across a range of industries.
- Manage daily service operations – scheduling, prioritising, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Handle conflict and challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on guidance when required.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver results.
- Monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a service environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in heavy machinery, construction equipment, and material handling.
- Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Confident in handling conflict and resolving issues calmly and effectively.
- Safety-focused, organised, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
- Trade qualification (mechanical/electrical) highly regarded.
- Current driver’s licence essential.
