Your Position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Lead the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product performance and reliability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering qualifications or equivalent trade certification.
- Proven experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support (industrial/automation sectors preferred).
- Must have Disconnect-Reconnect licence
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Australia (site visits, client meetings, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
