Your Responsibilities:
1. Financial and Tax Compliance Management:
- Fully responsible for the financial and tax of the AU JV company, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
2. Business Support and Decision Analysis:
- Assist the business team in new business customer price analysis and suggestions, as well business reviews.
- Provide financial data analysis support to assist the executive team in formulating corporate development strategies.
3. System Integration and Project Management:
- Responsible for the data integration project between the financial system and the operational system of the AU JV company, acting as the financial key user (Key User) to provide requirements and participate in UAT;
- Ensure the timely completion of the system integration project while meeting business needs.
4. Support for Listing Disclosures:
- As part of the parent company's listed segment, responsible for providing financial data support to meet the disclosure requirements of the listed company;
- Prepare relevant financial reports and collaborate with the group finance team.
5. Budget Management and Cost Optimization:
- Responsible for budget preparation, process management, and performance analysis;
- Identify opportunities and optimize cost control to improve the company's financial operational efficiency.
6. Team Management and Talent Development:
- Lead a small finance team, manage daily operations, and develop talent;
- Motivate team members and foster a high-efficiency and positive work environment.
7. Cross-Cultural Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries and backgrounds in a multicultural environment;
- Resolve conflicts in cross-cultural work environments to ensure smooth team collaboration.
Job Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related fields, with Australian educational background preferred.
2. Professional Certification:
- Hold an Australian CPA qualification, with other international finance certifications (e.g., ACCA) as a plus.
3. Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (must have) as the working language;
4. Industry Experience:
- Experience in financial management within the logistics, supply chain, or food manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with financial operations in multinational or joint venture companies.
5. Financial Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of Australian tax regulations, accounting standards (AASB), and international financial reporting standards (IFRS);
- Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
6. Cross-Cultural Experience:
- Experience working in cross-cultural teams and integrating into a multicultural work environment.
- Ability to handle complex demands from multiple stakeholders.
