About the Role
We are looking for friendly, motivated, and energetic Floor Staff to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to grow within the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their experience at the clinic.
All training provided, no prior experience needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage front desk operations (check-ins, check-outs, general support)
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle appointment bookings
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and in person
- Assist clients with our advanced recovery equipment, ensuring comfort and safety
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
- Contribute to a positive and high-energy team culture
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, approachable personality with great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn booking systems (training provided)
- A genuine interest in wellness, performance, or beauty industries
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive in helping out wherever needed
- Available for part-time shifts, with both morning and evening shifts on offer (flexibility preferred)
- Potential Sunday shifts to be confirmed upon.
