We’re on the lookout for dynamic, customer-focused Front of House staff to join the team at Cactus Jack’s Redcliffe on a casual basis.
If you’ve got experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, a passion for delivering outstanding service, and love being part of a team that feels more like family – we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months FOH/waitressing experience in a busy venue
- Strong understanding of table service, taking orders, and handling payments
- Confident with POS systems and cash/card handling
- Great communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- A friendly attitude and professional presentation
- RSA certificate (must be current)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Run food and drinks to tables
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, sections, and FOH area
- Handle customer queries or concerns with professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
