We're looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our friendly team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently and accurately
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our menu items and daily specials
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
- Process payments and manage transactions
- Assist with setting up and packing down for events and functions as needed
About You:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one
