About You:
Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant or functions venue is highly regarded
Confident, friendly, and passionate about food, beverage, and people
Comfortable working across a 7-day roster – with weekday availability essential
Hold a valid RSA
Able to work efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Great communicator, team player, and well presented
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food service is a bonus – but attitude comes first!
