Job Description
About The role:
Ensure each function is set up according to Banquet Events Order (BEO)
Deliver catering to the standards outlines to the BEO
Set up and break down of events which includes but not limited to setting tables and chairs, stages, booths, and any other related equipment outlines in the BEO
Maintain and upkeep of Banquet equipment and resources
Stocktaking of departmental equipment and resources
Ensure efficient, hospitable and professional service is provided to guests at all times
Qualifications
About You:
The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
Previous experience in a similar role will be viewed favourably
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent personal presentation
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
