About the Role
We’re looking for casual and experienced hospitality superstars to join our team as Front of House All-Rounders – covering bar service, floor service, and event support. You’ll be the face of the Maylands, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing
Pouring pints and mixing cocktails like a pro
Serving up food and drinks with personality and professionalism
Making every guest feel like a VIP
Keeping the bar and service areas looking sharp
Working with a top-notch team to deliver excellent experiences
Hitting targets with upsells and add-ons
Using the POS like a boss
Staying safe and following RSA + WHS rules
What You’ll Bring
An RSA (SA) – no exceptions
Solid bar or restaurant experience
A genuine love for hospitality and people
The ability to keep calm when it’s busy and buzzing
A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
