In this key Food and Beverage Supervisor role, you’ll support leadership, training and day-to-day operations across Sola Bar and Restaurant, The Deli, Room Service and a diverse range of conference and event spaces - ensuring smooth service and standout guest experiences in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.


Job Description


We’re looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading resorts. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive and energetic team, with plenty of room to grow your career in a permanent full-time position. You’ll play a key role in overseeing our vibrant food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences across every outlet.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising daily operations across Sola Bar and Restaurant, The Deli, Room Service, and our busy conferencing and events spaces
  • Leading and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards
  • Assisting with recruitment, rostering and payroll coordination
  • Working closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handling guest feedback professionally and promptly
  • Supporting stock control and inventory processes
  • Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture

Qualifications


What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food and beverage role, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Experience with Micros POS is an advantage
  • A strong service focus and sharp attention to detail
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for creating great guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
