About the role
As an F&B Attendant at Altitude Restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with seating arrangements.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering dishes and drinks to tables promptly and with finesse.
- Anticipating guests' needs and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.
About You
- Experience in Hotel or similar environments.
- Customer service experience in a similar setting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in as Food & beverage Attendant
- Understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
