The Opportunity
The Sanctuary Retirement Living is a retirement living community located in Caboolture South. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll enjoy working in a friendly hospitality environment to prepare and deliver high-quality meals and service to the residents. You'll be a great communicator with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service, and enjoy supporting the residents whilst providing a happy social environment. We have a casual position available to assist with leave and shift coverage across a range of days. Shift times are approximately 9.30-5.30pm. Apply today and let us know your availability to work!
What we offer
- $35.77/hr including 25% casual loading + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation. Earn great penalty rates on weekends!

- Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community
- Provide a high level of Customer Service to the restaurant guests throughout lunch or dinner service
- Assist in the daily preparation and cooking of meals in the kitchen
- Complete setup and packup of all restaurant service events
- Follow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices (which will include general cleaning and washing up)
- Be a friendly face to all residents!
- Assist with working at our neighbouring villages if needed (e.g around Northern Brisbane)
- A friendly and warm persona with a passion for building relationships and chatting with residents!
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality, kitchen, restaurant or customer service environment (highly regarded)
- Current Police check (required, but we can complete for you!)
- Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
