Food and Beverage Attendant – Part Time
WRAP on Southbank, Melbourne
Hourly rates (excluding super):
Monday – Friday: $24.95
Saturday: $31.19
Sunday: $37.43

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a key part of delivering warm, professional service whether it’s a morning coffee, an à la carte breakfast, or assisting with room service. Your energy, efficiency, and friendly nature will help set the tone for each guest’s day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests warmly and deliver exceptional food and beverage service.
- Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist with setup, pack down, and general operations of the restaurant or room service.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (food & beverage experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A passion for delivering genuine, high-quality service.
- Good attention to detail and a professional, polished presentation.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
