Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. Job Description
Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Cairns International and bring your passion for service to life across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar and our banqueting operations. From elegant restaurant dining to large-scale events, no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, five-star experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings
- Setting up, operating, and packing down dining areas and function spaces
- Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them with efficiency and care
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service
- Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate
- Creating a positive guest experience with your welcoming, can-do attitude
Qualifications

- A friendly and customer-focused demeanour
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role
- Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
