About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:
Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and anticipate their needs throughout their visit.
Take and serve food and beverage orders with precision, professionalism, and personality.
Prepare and serve drinks, from crafted cocktails to fine wines, with product knowledge and flair.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting service area at all times.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to the highest level.
Perform additional duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting (preferred but not essential).
A natural flair for service, creating memorable guest moments.
Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about spirits, cocktails, wine, and cuisine.
RSA certified and available for rotating rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A team player who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every shift.
